This project was a home renovation. In summary, we have checked off everything from your client brief with a spacious entry way, a dining area large enough to sit 8 people, a family oriented kitchen with a spacious pantry, ideal of family living/using., a bathroom downstairs with tub and shower access,

The laundry room has plenty of room for the front loader, a dryer, small sink, and a full height cupboard for an ironing board, vacuum cleaner and more.

The living room is connected to the kitchen, dining as well as the outdoor living areas.

There is an extra living space which provides an area for quiet reading and/or tv watching.

Outdoor area has provided a full wrap around deck out back and lots of room for entertaining with designated bbq area and extra seating.

The stairs are elegant, family friendly and provides a massive amount of natural light to fill the back living spaces.

And moving into the second level we have a beautiful master bedroom that steps out onto a balcony, with a stunning ensuite and walk in robe.

All three bedrooms are zoned upstairs together, away from the communal areas.

The kids will have their own private bathroom to share upstairs as well.

Also, a generous sized linen cupboard is located beside the stairs.

There are large sliding windows throughout the house to allow for cooling breezes to blow throughout the house in the summer.

When selecting materials we made sustainably conscious decisions and kept the overall design modern and family-friendly.
