Cottage and Extension

In this cottage extension we created a ground floor which consisted of a kitchen, mini office space, lounge area and dining area. In addition, we added a mezzanine level that included a master bedroom, custom walk in closet, ensuite and beautiful balcony. Outside we extended the patio to include an outdoor BBQ area, seating area and fire pit. We’ve placed trees in the most ideal places to make use of shade, privacy and guide the winds for natural cooling efficiency.
